The Flare test system consists of a three-dimensional rotating pan/tilt, an automatic horizontally moving guide rail, a vertical guide rail and a point light source; the 3D pan/tilt is customized by our company to meet the rotation center that is the center of the camera, and the three-dimensional pan/tilt can meet the 360-degree rotation of each axis Requirements: The horizontal guide rail can move back and forth, and the vertical guide rail can move up and down to meet the shooting requirements of different conditions. The illuminance of the point light source can be adjusted freely to meet the test requirements. The system can automatically complete the entire test process to improve test efficiency.

The Flare stray light ghost test system can automatically and accurately control the shooting angle of the measured relative to the point light source, so as to accurately simulate the stray light ghost phenomenon caused by the point light source in the different orientations and angles of the camera in the real scene. .

Simulation usage scenarios:

The system mainly includes the following components:

• High brightness point light source (optional LED, xenon lamp, tungsten lamp and other different physical light sources)
• Distance adjustment guide (manual or automatic)
• Multi-axis motion calibration components are used for center alignment calibration and rotation angle control

• Control software (can integrate shooting software)
