With the beginning of the era of high-definition television, in order to better restore bright, bright and high-resolution images, the development of some higher-quality display devices that support Full HD is also accelerating. At present, the most advanced technology can achieve a brightness level of 100,000:1 contrast ratio, and the picture will give you a more realistic feeling. Due to the need for an instrument that can measure extremely low brightness, there is a technical bottleneck in reproducing some "darker than black" images.
In addition, some other types of light-emitting elements are developing rapidly, such as organic electroluminescence (Organic EL), like traditional LCD and PDP displays, which require higher-precision spectral radiation curve analysis. CS-2000 is a spectroradiometer with the above measurement functions. Its extreme low brightness measurement has reached the world's top level, with a minimum of 0.003 cd/m2 and a maximum measurement contrast of 100,000:1.

The instrument is used with the optional close-up lens, and the smallest area that can be measured is Φ0.1mm. It can measure not only display devices of conventional sizes, but also light sources with small areas.

⑥ Low polarization error

The polarization error caused by the use of a reflective diffraction grating is reduced to only 2% (measurement angle: 1°). This guarantees the stability of the measurement data of display devices such as LCDs that use polarizers.

⑦ Only 5 nm half-wave width

The instrument has only a half-wave width of 5 nm, which meets the requirements for chromaticity measurement (JIS Z 8724-1997, CIE 122-1996), and ensures accurate measurement of chromaticity in the entire visible light wavelength range.

⑧ Practical design

  • The operating temperature range of the instrument is 5°C to 35°C, which is similar to the actual working environment, ensuring the reliability of the instrument operation.
  • The instrument only needs to warm up for 30 seconds after it is turned on for normal measurement. (Measurement angle: 1°; target brightness: 5 cd/m2 or more; at 23°C)

Even for light sources with periodic luminescence characteristics, stable measurement data can be obtained
